Analysis of the Play Beauty and the animate being Beauty and the Beast was an amazing musical, many say it was much better than the movie. Just standardized the movie. It starts off in a far international land, with the Young Prince who lived in a shining castled. The prince was spoiled, selfish and unkind. An gray-headed beggar woman came to the castle and offered him a single rose in return for shelter from the bitter cold. Repulsed by her haggard appearance, the Prince sneered at the gift and turned the old woman by. The old woman warned him not to be deceived by appearances, for beauty is to be piece within. And when he sent her away again, the old womans ugliness melted away to reveal a beautiful enchantress. The Prince tried to apologise, but it was too late. As punishment, she transformed him into a hideous beast and placed a effectual spell on the castle and all who lived there. The Rose she had offered was truly an delight rose.
